Semi-Arid Steppe climates are sometimes hard to define. While not dry enough to be called a desert, but not wet enough to support a forest, these climates are often characterized by extreme temperature differences in not only seasons, but day and night as well. Such extremes can make choosing a pasture grass difficult. But with our Southwest Semi-Arid Steppe Dryland pasture grass seed, the decision just got a whole lot easier. This mix produces a pasture that will contain approximately:

25% Sand Bluestem

25% Sideoats Grama

25% Blue Grama

15% Indian Ricegrass

10% Alfalfa
