Our Commitment to Accessibility

Nature’s Seed is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every grower — and every visitor — deserves equal access to our products, growing guides, and support. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, and we are always working to improve.

Conformance Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We treat conformance as a continual process rather than a one-time goal.

What We Are Doing

  • We commission independent, expert accessibility audits of our website and remediate the issues they identify.
  • We combine automated accessibility testing with manual testing using assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
  • We provide an assistive toolbar, powered by AudioEye, that lets you personalize your experience — adjusting text size, color contrast, and more.
  • We build accessibility into the design of new pages and features as our site grows.

Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Certain areas of our site rely on third-party tools and content — such as embedded customer reviews, maps, and payment widgets — that are partly outside our direct control. We are working with our partners to improve these areas, and in the meantime we are glad to help you access any information you need in another format.
