Where Play Meets Durability
A lawn that feels like carpet underfoot—luxuriously soft for barefoot play while built with the resilience to withstand pets, sports, and everyday use.

Rich Dark Green Color
Crafted from top-performing bluegrass varieties, this mix delivers the deep green color and refined texture that set premium lawns apart. It stays vibrant through the growing season and holds its color longer into winter for a more attractive lawn year-round.

Self-Repairing Resilience
Rhizomatous Kentucky bluegrass spreads underground to naturally fill in bare spots, repairing damage with fresh new growth. This self-spreading ability creates a lawn that bounces back from heat, drought, and heavy use—staying thick, uniform, and attractive year after year.

Enduring Beauty Year After Year
This cool-season blend delivers rich green color from spring through fall and quickly revives after winter. With its fine texture, vigorous growth, and strong cold tolerance, it creates a manicured, lasting lawn with less upkeep.

Planting and Growth Guide

Soil Preparation
Remove any existing grass, weeds, rocks, or debris. Loosen the top 2–3 inches of soil with a rake or tiller, then smooth and level the seedbed. Aim for a firm, even surface that allows good seed-to-soil contact without being compacted.

Seeding With Rice Hulls
Mix your lawn seed with the included rice hulls before spreading. The hulls act as a natural filler, helping distribute seed evenly while improving soil aeration. Spread the mixture across the prepared soil and lightly rake to cover, keeping seed close to the surface.

Applying a Starter Fertilizer
Apply the Organic Seed Starter Fertilizer at the recommended rate on the bag—do not apply the full 50 lb bag at once. This provides balanced nutrients for strong early growth. Water thoroughly to activate the fertilizer.

Watering & First Mow
Keep the seeded area consistently moist until germination, watering lightly once or twice daily as needed. Once seedlings reach about 3 inches tall, mow for the first time, trimming only the top one-third of the blade. As the lawn establishes, shift to deeper, less frequent watering (about 1 inch per week). Save the remaining fertilizer for a follow-up feeding 6–8 weeks later.
Questions & Answers
When do I apply Rice Hulls?
Apply rice hulls at the time of seeding. Mix them into the topsoil before planting or blend with your grass seed for even spreading. Lightly rake and water after seeding. You can also use rice hulls as a light topdressing.
When do I apply the Starter Fertilizer?
Apply the starter fertilizer at planting. You can either work it into the soil before seeding, or spread it right after sowing and then water it in thoroughly. For overseeding, apply at the same time you spread the seed (or lay sod). Important: do not use the entire bag of fertilizer at once—apply only the recommended amount for the area you’re planting.
