Who do I contact about my order?
Please use the form on this page to contact a Nature's Seed specialist. For questions about what seed to plant, recommendations and specific planting needs our seed experts need as much geographic and soil information as possible.
How can I return an item?
Due to the biological nature of our products, we can only accept items in their original condition. Items must be unopened and not exposed to moisture. Seeds may not be sown and then returned to bag. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted, as we cannot guarantee seed purity and germination standards if the product has been tampered with.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 days processing time to ship your order. This is in addition to ALL ship times (i.e. 2 business day shipping will typically arrive in 2-5 business days). Additional processing time may be required due to inventory back order, carrier delays beyond our control, custom orders, sales and promotions, etc. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the first business day after we receive credit card authorization and verification. All orders are shipped from our Lehi (Salt Lake City), Utah warehouse.
